Product Delivery & LMS Consultation

During the planning phase, we made important decisions about the design and delivery of your learning experiences. During the production phase, we created your high-quality content. Now, it is time to share the final product with your audiences. There are three approaches to delivery, which fall on a spectrum that includes entirely face-to-face, hybrid formats, and fully online.

Face-to-Face: Although most of our clients come to us for our expertise in online learning, some have wanted to deliver the products we developed face-to-face. Yes, we are really good at doing this too! We love training executives, employees, faculty, or staff. We customize your face-to-face learning experiences and level them up or down depending on your audience. Watch us motivate and inspire your people to learn new material, retain it, and apply it on the job.
Hybrid: Hybrid learning is comprised of a combination of both face-to-face and online delivery. This approach is quite popular today and there is no one right way to do it. The right ratio of, and activities dedicated to, each of the delivery modalities depends on your specific goals and audience. Over the years, we have created many hybrid programs in different formats. We can help you find an ideal balance—one which maximizes the benefits and minimizes the limitations of each of the delivery methods.
Fully Online: As you know by now, fully online learning is our bread and butter. Fully online learning is typically asynchronous, meaning learners may participate whenever and wherever they choose. This is important because it means you can reach the largest audiences possible, anywhere around the globe. For this reason, among others, this is the most popular mode of delivery right now. To deliver an engaging learning experience online, we highly recommend the use of a learning management system (LMS).

LMS Consultation: This is one of the trickiest and most important decisions you will face when it comes to delivering online learning successfully, both in terms of learner experience and profitability. The good news is that we have extensive knowledge of, and experience with, the quickly evolving LMS landscape. At the strategic planning stage, we can guide you in selecting the ideal LMS solution to meet your unique goals and budget.  After that, we can also work hand-in-hand with your IT department to implement a third-party LMS or to develop a custom LMS you will integrate into your current tech stack. With experience and foresight, let us guide you in the selection or design of a platform that meets your current educational delivery needs, and will grow with you as your online learning program scales over time.
